1. Courses with One-Time Fees

• No Refunds: All sales of one-time fee courses are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for these courses once access has been granted.

2. Subscription Plans

• Payment and Access: Our subscription plans provide access to all content available on the Truskill platform for the duration of the subscription. Each subscription has a defined expiry date, after which continued access requires renewal through repurchase.

• Refund Eligibility: If you wish to request a refund for a subscription plan, you must submit your request within 15 days from the date of purchase.

• Refund Process: Eligible refund requests will incur a deduction of up to 6% of the total subscription value to cover basic transactional charges.

• Non-Eligibility: Refund requests made after 15 days from the date of purchase will not be considered.
